Cut the cauliflower into small florets
Add them in hot water
Drain them and pat dry on kitchen towel
Cut potatoes into small piece
Coarsely ground ginger
heat oil in a pan
first fry the batch of cauliflower
Take out on kitchen towel when golden.
similarly deep fry potatoes too.
Now in heavy bottomed pan ,add 2 tsp oil
add In Jeera
Add slit green chillies.
Add adrak
Saute for a while and add tomatoes.
let the tomatoes cook properly and get tender and Mashy
now a deep fried potatoes and cauliflower
add salt,red chilli powder turmeric powder ,coriander powder.
mix and cook on high flame
Cook on high flame till some tomatoes stick at the bottom.
